NAFI CT is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for a six bed, staff-secure, community-based residential program for adolescent girls ages 18 and younger. This evidence based group home will utilize the Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Model (MDFT) to provide treatment and services for young women. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing clinical guidance for and direct supervision to MDFT Therapist and Case Manager. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ensuring quality of clinical work / case assessments, adherence to the MDFT model, assisting with group facilitation, staff training, co-facilitating group supervision and consultation and maintaining a client caseload.

Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, have experience supervising others and working with at risk youth. Licensed or Licensed eligible and knowledge of evidence-based models strongly preferred.
